Carlos Figueroa
Carlos E. Figueroa is a High School All-American and Hall of Fame inductee who brings nearly 40 years of experience to the game as both a player and coach. He currently serves as a member of the coaching staff for the men’s soccer program at Drew University.
Carlos E. Figueroa is a High School All-American and Hall of Fame inductee who brings nearly 40 years of experience to the game as both a player and coach. He currently serves as a member of the coaching staff for the men’s soccer program at Drew University.
Prior to Drew, Figueroa was the Head Coach of the men’s soccer team at King’s College, where he led the program with a strong emphasis on player development and competitive excellence. His professional experience also includes serving as an assistant coach with Real Central NJ’s USL League Two men’s team, as well as Head Coach of the club’s U17 Academy squad.
Figueroa has held collegiate coaching roles as an assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson University–Florham and Bucks County Community College. At the youth and prep levels, he coached at The Pennington School and served as Head Coach for NLSA Boys.
As a player, Figueroa competed at the highest levels of youth soccer, earning selection to the U14 U.S. Boys National Team—an achievement that reflects his long-standing commitment to excellence in the sport.
